3s-to-16s high-accuracy battery Analog Front-end for Battery pack

BMS 8550 is a high-precision battery monitoring chip for 3 to 16 series-connected batteries. It ensures robust protection with features like voltage, temperature, current monitoring, and communication diagnostics. Equipped with two ADCs, it samples multiple voltage channels and calculates cumulative charge. The chip supports various modes, adapting to configurations and conditions to reduce power consumption for MCU-less applications. Additionally, it facilitates efficient production with disorderly cell connection during power-up and provides integrated one-time programmable burning. Communication options include I2C and SPI, with two sets of voltage-programmable LDOs for external systems.
